Best Hall
Best Hall, located in the Center Neighborhood, and home of the Arcadia Residential Community for Design and the Arts, provides double-occupancy accommodations with community-style bathrooms for both first-year and upper-division Herberger Institute students. Best Hall offers a computer lab, laundry and kitchen facilities, vending machines, air conditioning, a volleyball court and basic cable. Men and women occupy separate floors except for in Best C, where floors are coed by room. Best Hall, built in 1956, honors M.O. Best, who was appointed to the first combined Arizona Board of Regents in 1945.
